Membership of Dingle’s Games

You can now become a paying member of Dingle’s Games
At present all features are still free but I will be taking off the save feature to non paying customers.

Paying customers will soon be able to:
. Save monsters
. Have access to a saved monsters screen where you can manipulate your saved creations, adding in campaign details, and NPC descriptions, and deleting or updating your creations.
. Allow you to create your own monsters via a monster creation screen.

For a short period I am offering a lifetime membership for £25 (GBP) or a one year’s membership for £15. I will be removing the Lifetime option when the additional features are up and running.
So if you want a lifetime membership sign-up now.
Once a member all new generator abilities will be usable at no extra charge.

Can you give us a LITTLE heads up before you remove the Lifetime membership? I have to wait for payday, and that will be a couple of weeks!

  2. admin says:

    Hi Krome
I don’t plan to have all the extras added until at least 3 weeks so you will be OK. The monster creation software still needs quite a bit of work.

    As ‘Daemon’ left some comments.
I have joined as ‘Number6′ for a lifetime membership. I appreciate your brilliant site, and hopefully with my donation you can keep the site up for another year so I can use it to its fullest ;) :D

I live in the states, and honestly I don’t want to have to sign up for ANOTHER payment thing. Is there any way I could mail you a lifetime membership? Or possibly paypal? I think I still have one of those. You can email me at masterremmey@hotmail.com.

  5. admin says:

    Hi Rem,
I will look into adding Paypal onto the site as well as Google checkout. I had a word with the bank and it would cost me $7 to cash a cheque for $30 which I think is a bit steep.

  6. admin says:

I will soon be increasing the Lifetime membership (after I’ve added the paypay, Rem). So if you want the discounted rate, subscribe now. I will also be disabling the monster creation tools and the edit saved NPC’s for none paying members.
Time line is approx 3 weeks. i.e 1st week of November.

  7. Rem says:

Thanks a heap, Paul. I’ll keep my eyes peeled for the link to the Paypal!

Hi. I sent payment for a lifetime membership earlier today. My log in status changed such that it said “lifetime member”, but now, a few hours later, it just says “registered” again like it did before I paid. Should I be worried? Will my monsters save and such? Thanks in advance and thanks for the great site.

  9. admin says:

    Hi antilles107,
I think you set up your logon as Ben107, your monsters have been created on antillies107. I’ll add you in as antilles107 as a lifetime member (as well) that should sort it. Any problems just let me know.
    Paul.

I’ve added you in as antilles107 now.

    Thanks Number6 (Daemon)

Signed up as a lifetime member–wanted you to be aware the receipt I received had this:
Lifetime membership - One off Fee for full Lifetime membership to http://www.dinglegames.com

that link leads to a dead site (it’s missing an s…)

  13. admin says:

Thanks for pointing this out Cave_lion, and thanks for the membership. I actually fixed the problem yesterday. (It does not effect your membership). It was an error I made when setting up the google checkout drop down menu option descriptions.

  14. Max says:

When will the cutoff be for lifetime memberships?

  15. admin says:

    Hi Max,
The cut off point for lifetime memberships will be 1st December 2009.

"I'm a lifetime player of D&D and really enjoy Pathfinder but I also enjoy playing new games. At the moment I'm playing the 6d6 RPG.

It is one of the most innovative and exciting RPGs in a long time. The 6d6 RPG has a unique set of mechanics that is great for role-playing and brings a dynamic feel to combat. Fights are not static slugging matches but flow around the battlefield in a realistic fashion.

The 6d6 RPG is one of the best games I've ever played and I heartily recommend it to all."
