Wow, thanks – yes, I meant the skeletal template. Also worth mentioning – the natural armour modifier for the skeletal template should be set to the standard skeletal size-based progression (+1 Small, +2 Med/Large etc)
Hi musefrog, I’ve added a new button “New Save” which will appear if you are editing a saved monster, this will create a copy and not overwrite the original save.
Paul
Hi musefrog@yahoo.co.uk,
By undead do you mean skeletal? I’ve corrected this template now so it does not add the extra hit die.
I’ll have a look at creating a new save for similar NPC.
Let me know if you find anything else.
Cheers,
Paul
Had to truncate my opening comments about what a great tool this is too, to get the comment to go through! Thanks for coding it, it really is great.
Also, FYI, comments over a certain invisible wordcount limit aren’t submitted, they just disappear (even thought the comment no. in the URL ticks up one. Kept trying to submit a comment with 3 requests, and had no idea why it wasn’t working
Request: Ability to copy an NPC on the Edit Saved NPCs screen (that, or have loading in a saved NPC on the generator screen create a new instance of that saved NPC) – to enable easily adding a new character mostly the same as one already generated.
With the 3.5 NPC generator, adding the template undead to a Lizardfolk seems to erroneously add 1 extra HD, making it 2d12 + 1d12, rather than just 2d12…
Hi ebpatton,
I’ve added Storm Giant
Cheers
Paul
I think my messages are not appearing here, perhaps because of a browser issue. I was wondering if storm giants could be added to the monster list?
Thank you.
Could storm giant be added to the monster list in the NPC generator? Thank you.
