I think the one other big tool that would be handy would be a random encounter generator. Something that maybe you could pick general ones like bandit camp, or bar fight, and than just have total random ones as well. And than the stats would be available for each monster like the monster generator does.

  2. Paul says:

Gary, Glad the tools have been useful. Does anyone have any suggestions of other tools you would like to see here?

  3. Paul says:

Thanks Brandon glad you like it.

  4. Gary says:

ya, I having been playing a couple of years now and wanted to try running my own campaign. Your tools have been a great help. As far as paying, I would consider the 25$ lifetime account especially if there were a few more tools to use. Thanks a lot

  5. Brandon says:

Wow…I love you so much right now. This generator helps me so much. You deserve a medal.

  6. Paul says:

Is any one having trouble with the display of the display monster page in Internet explorer?
I have sometimes come across a problem where text has been overwritten. (pressing the Recalculate button fixes this though).

  7. Paul says:

Added DCs to the monsters special abilities, so they increase with levels and stat changes.
I am working on the Spell-like abilities DCs but have to amend them on all the monsters. I have split them into spell like ability levels.

I fixed a couple of bugs I found today:
    1. It was including monsters free feats into its total feats available so robbing the monster of an extra feat if you added more hit dice.

    2. It was not multiplying the strength bonus for damage by 1.5 if the monster only had 1 natural attack (e.g. a Dire Wolf’s bite).
If you find any other bugs please submit a comment and I will endeavour to fix them.
Any other comments you have about the site or tools would also be very welcome.

    Hint of the day
If you want to create intelligent zombies or skeletons. e.g. running a pirate ship. Give them some intelligence (they start with zero), this will allow them to have skills.

    Hint of the day
If you want just a big version of a monster change the Racial Hit Dice field, and the Size catagory, increase the Natural AC, and add a few points to Str and Con, take a point or two off Dex. Recalculate and you will now have the bigger version. Adding in the feat improved natural attack is also good.
