  1. mick says:

very simple to use, well formatted layout. In a word, snazzy.

    My only (and humble) suggestion:
Open up the database to community additions, maybe? For instance, I’d like to compile a Satyr Archivist, but the option isn’t there. If I could add the Archivist info manually, then submit to the database it would be available for future, widespread use as well as immediate, single use.

  2. Paul says:

I have created a new version of the monster generator (called NPC Generator) this now includes spell lists. Have a play and let me know what you think. I will soon be including magic items to the NPC Generator.

  3. Paul says:

Added some more monsters but deleted the ones not in the SRD (there may be some which are quite similar you can use though). The spell list has been completed now so I will be adding it to a Beta version of a new NPC generator you will see appearing (Hopefully next week)

  4. Paul says:

Today I’ve added in some more monsters, well animals actually. So now you can have a troop of Baboons or a pack of Hyenas creating havoc with the party..

  5. Paul says:

    Hint of the week
If you want to use masterwork items for weapons just add in a +1 magic bonus on the to hit. For armour add a magic bonus of +0.1 this won’t effect the AC but will fool the generator into giving the masterwork armour penalties to the skills.

  6. Paul says:

Working on the spell lists at the moment. A lot of typing in…

  7. Paul says:

    Hint of the week
If you are using a high level 2 weapon fighter use the same light weapon in the primary and secondary slot and take weapon focus and weapon specialization as well as Two-weapon fighting. The bonus’s will all stack for both hands.

  8. Paul says:

Fixed a small bug where weapon specialization was appearing in red (in I.E) when all the criteria had been met.
(weapon focus and Level 4 fighter).

  9. Paul says:

Today fixed a problem with constructs, the generator was not adding in the bonus hit points, thanks to “the orc within” at enworld for pointing out the rules for me.

  10. Paul says:

Good idea Gary, I’d have to pre-populate the feats but that is something I’ve been looking into already so I have some ideas how it would work. I’ll give it some thought. Sounds like an interesting project.
