Gallos the Fool (Half-Elf Bard/Rogue/Assassin D&D 3.5 CR 24)

Gallos the Fool is normally dressed in a red and yellow striped all in one outfit, on his head is a jesters three peaked hat each with a bell on the end his face whitened with make-up with a black tear drawn on the right cheek.  He will specialize in tumbling and jugging often tripping over or dropping his balls. It is quite evident that he is either a very good or more likely or a very bad Jester. He does get quite a few laughs half out of pity or embarrassment.

The whole fool act is in fact just a very good bluff, Gallos is in fact the royal assassin and fixer. He uses the fool act to spy on the kings guests, as every one ignores the idiot.

Gallos will keep an eye on any threat to the crown or the kingdom. When not playing the fool, Gallos will use his disguise skill to travel the streets and taverns of the city, picking up and following rumours. He reports directly to King Augustine and Queen Algraine. If a threat looks serious then Gallos will be given the task of removing the threat, one way or the other.
Gallos is intensely loyal to the kingdom his position as the kings assassin is was passed to him by his father and his father before him. The hands of the family of Gallos may be covered in blood but it has saved the crown and kingdom more than once.
