It’s quite neat!
Although two things: (1) Would it be possible to make it even more blocky? In the “standard” ones, they usually only make 3 (4 for casters) “paragraphs”: the general one, one for skills and feats, one for spells, and one for possessions/magic items.
(1b) By the way, would it be possible to have a text box to put mundane items in so they were added to the inventory?
And (2) by putting SAs and SQs together, it did not put commas nor space between each instance. For example, my goblin sorcerer came out with this line:
SA , SQ Darkvision 60Summon Familiar
By the way, I am honestly amazed by how much user feedback you use and how quickly you use it. I will therefore probably just drown you under such questions. Feel free to say “yo, calm down just a bit” if you feel it is necessary to do so. 😉
Hi jovallerand,
I’ve released a short print version, let me know what you think.
Paul
Thank you! 🙂
Hi jovallerand,
I will look into adding a short print tab. It shouldn’t take long
Paul
I mean the DnD version, and the plain text version. What I mean is a statbox in a block as opposed to a table, like this one:
DRelgore Himtooth: Male bugbear barbarian 3;
CR 5; Medium humanoid (goblinoid); HD 3d8+9 plus
3d12+9; hp 50; Init +2; Spd 40 ft.; AC 19, touch 12, flatfooted
19; Base Atk +5; Grp +9; Atk +10 melee
(1d12+7/[TS]3, +1 greataxe) or +7 ranged (1d6+4,
javelin); Full Atk +10 melee (1d12+7/[TS]3, +1 greataxe)
or +7 ranged (1d6+4, javelin); SQ darkvision 60 ft., fast
movement, illiteracy, rage 1/day, scent, trap sense +1,
uncanny dodge; AL CE; SV Fort +7, Ref +6, Will +2;
Str 19, Dex 15, Con 16, Int 12, Wis 10, Cha 6.
Skills and Feats: Climb +5, Hide +4, Intimidate +4,
Jump +4, Listen +2, Move Silently +8, Spot +2, Swim +2;
Cleave, Great Cleave, Power Attack.
Hi jovallerand,
Are you talking D&D 3.5 or Pathfinder and do you mead the generator screen or the plain text version?
At the moment the plain text version is in the format of the Pathfinder RPG stat boxes.
Paul
Hi!
Is there a way to get a stat block like what they do in official modules? If not, is that in the plans?
Hi KPulse01@rams.shepherd.edu,
I’ve now added the Pit fiend and the Ice devil (which I’d also missed).
Paul
Hi KPulse01@rams.shepherd.edu,
I’ll add in the pit fiend this week. When selecting weapons with special abilities select the correct “+ x Special ability” where x is the cost bonus of the special ability. E.g. for a +1 Axiomatic sword select magic weapon (+1) +2 Special and the cost (18000) will be calculated correctly.
Paul
Is the Devil, Pit Fiend not available? Also, why do weapon + with special abilities not calculate in?
