Xoran the Relentless , Inquisitor (Pathfinder CR 7 )

If Xoran and his posse are after you,  you are in trouble. Xoran is relentless he will never give up the chase no matter how long it takes.

Xoran respects the law of the land, so if a fugitive is captured in a city, or an area covered by laws he will hand over them over to the appropriate authorities. If however they are outside any jurisdiction he will bring in his own strict rules:

String them up if  a thief has stolen more than 10gp.  Less than 10gp a flogging.
Robbery – String them up

Rape – String them up
Assault – a flogging
