    Hi Jaks,
I think I know what it could be, you need cookies enabled on your browser. I store the details you have selected and a unique key on cookies.

    Hi Jaks,
You select a monster, and a class but you can’t select a Skill focus is that right?
what Web browser are you using?
Could you do a screen print for me of the screen with the “now select a skill focus” message and post it to me at paul@dinglesgames.com.
    Thanks
    Paul

its ok. my problem is that when i try to generate an NPC it wont do it. all it says is “now select a skill focus” and i cant put anything into that field. try to make an NPC with the generator, either youll see what im talking about or im doing something wrong.

    Hi Jaks,
Sorry I was getting confused; I thought you meant the “Skill focus” feat.

The skills are automatically allocated; they are decided by the Skill Focus you select on this page. So a Rogue “acrobat” has more skills like Climb, Balance, Jump; while a Rogue “Scout” concentrates on Move Silently, Hide, Spot and Search. I’ve tried to make the skill allocation as logical as possible for each skill focus.
If you want to swap any around, it’s a manual job I’m afraid.

If you have an idea for another Skill focus I can set one up, It’s only a couple of minutes job.

thats cool. im new at dming so i need some practice hand drawing maps anyway. i just thought it was a good idea

  7. jaks says:

cool. thanks, i like to be able to chose my own skills so thats ok. But when i try to make the NPC it doesnt work and i thought it had something to do with the skill focus. thats why i brought it up. am i doing something wrong?

  8. jaks says:

also do you think you could make a map geneator? if so then you would have everything on here.

  9. jaks says:

im having trouble putting in a skill focus on the NPC generator. can you help me out?

      Hi Jaks,
The Generator doesn’t know what skill you want to add to, you will have to adjust the skill manually when you print the NPC out. I was thinking of putting a selection menu up, but it’s not a high priority at the moment. Next I think is either a 3.75 Generator or adding extra classes.

You can now see what monsters/NPCs other people have created with the use of the Encouner Generator.
