Not sure why but sometimes when I log in, I get access to everything to full levels but the D&D 3.5 NPC generator! I have a membership so I don’t know what’s going on to limit it to 5 levels and saying I’m logged off but then go to anything else and it says I’m logged on? Can you Help?

Hi Blacice, the problem with losing access is normally to do with cookies. I use cookies to pass your login id around. Check out this page http://www.dinglesgames.com/how-to-guide/having-trouble-accessing-monster-create/

Hi Global, You can the Plain Text Version and then use copy and paste to put into a word processor and print from there.
Hello, The NPC editing page does not allow me to enter a “Magic To Hit Mod” or “Magic Damage Mod”. They are not selectable like an input box normally is. How can I do this?
Also, when I create a new NPC – Human, they seem to always have elite stat values, even if NonElite was selected. Can you help?
Hi Parkerjon, The magic to hit and damage mod was left over from before I allowed magic weapons to be added. You now need to add a magic weapon to the NPC.
All main Class character (Fighters, Wizards etc) have elite stats. Commoners, experts, aristocrats, adepts, and warriors do not.

For some reason my 2 lvl Alchimist Cyclops (Pathfinder) have bombs that deals 1d8 dammage.
It should be 1d6 (+bonus Intel).
The lack of bonus is not a big problem, but I think the bomb dammage is increased because of huge size whereas size is irrelevant for impact weapon.
Hi Zenbast, The damage from the actual bomb should be zero as the damage comes from the special ability depending on the level. I’ve changed the default damage to zero now. Thanks for pointing it out
I’m using the D&D 3.5 NPC generator. I love it! I love the fact that I can customize a creature – I’m using the ogre to create a half-ogre. However, when I change the natural AC to 2 from 5, it goes back to 5 on recalcualtion. HD, which I dumped to two, do not – they stay fixed at two.
Hi Cedric_the_Saxon, Your best bet is to create the half-ogre in the monster creator rather than amending the ogre. You can then select half-ogre as a monster.

I’ve searched the site to no avail, so I’d like to ask how I could possibly delete my account. No offense to the admins or the site, as it is a wonderful resource, but I’ve gotten away from the hobby and am doing a lot to cleanup my online presence. Maybe I missed it but I can’t find any option to erase my account on the site.

Hi Rosemar, These type of problems are normally related to cookies. You need to ensure cookies are enabled for dinglesgames.com.

I’m a paid lifetime member but the 3.5 NPC creator page always says I’m not logged in (every other page says that I am.)
I’ve tried multiple times to log in but get the same error. Every page greets me as a member except that one.
How can I add a feat with ‘combat trick’ rogue trait?

Hi Innertide, At the moment this has to be adjusted manually.
Burst of Radiance didn’t come up with a Spell Description in the plain text copy.

Hi StephenE, Thanks for reporting there was a problem with new spells not being displayed. I’ve fixed this now.
